DIRECTIONS FOR PREPAID SERVICE

1) Dial Access Number:  1-800-245-4999.  (If you are calling from New York City, area codes 718, 212 or 516, all domestic and international calls are 2 cents cheaper if you use the following access number: 718-534-1440).  The NYC access number can also be used with unlimited nationwide long distance services to save you 2 cents/minute.

2) Dial Your PIN Number, followed  by “#” if your PIN is less than 10 digits.  (If using the service from a line you've already registered with the service you don't need to dial your PIN.)

3) Dial the destination number followed by the "#" sign.  Simply hangup when you finish the call.  If you’d like to make multiple calls stay on line and hit the “#” key twice.

If you have memory dialing on your phone, you can use this feature to store the access number and facilitate your calling.

To recharge your service 24 hours a day, simply click on https://www.switchgateway.com/login.php?id=1 or visit our website www.ustranscom.com.  Type in a username and password under `Not a member`?  Save the link to your browser for future recharges.  With this link you may also review your current month´s calls, your recharge history, and set up numbers where you are calling from, thus eliminating the need to enter your PIN.
